Barry Lipscomb, CHT is a certified Depth Hypnosis Practitioner and the former Executive Director of NYC-based Focalizing Institute and a certified Focalizing Practitioner. Along with Institute founder Dr. Michael Picucci, he is co-author of Focalizing Dynamic Links – a human technology which brings conscious intention to relationship in order to foster an opportunity for connecting and communicating in new ways, effecting transformation through our institutions and organizations.
He is a seeker and life-long learner with a keen curiosity for matters of consciousness, energy medicine, and embodied wisdom; applying new learnings first to his own growth and development before sharing with others for healing and transformation. His studies of Depth Hypnosis have provided him with an understanding of the energetic system underlying our normal experience which has brought all his prior learning into a cohesive model for healing, getting unstuck and navigating life.
