Gabriela Nova is a certified Depth Hypnosis Practitioner with a background spanning over a decade in film, music, and creative production – environments where she witnessed firsthand how brilliance and burnout frequently coexist, and how the gap between the public self and the private one can quietly erode a person’s sense of identity and purpose.
Today, Gabriela works with artists, leaders, and people navigating burnout, identity shifts, creative transitions, and the kind of change that words alone can’t explain. Drawing on Depth Hypnosis, Integrative Breathwork, Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Energy Medicine, her sessions work directly with the subconscious mind and nervous system – going beneath the surface of thought to where patterns are actually held. Rather than focusing on what needs to be fixed, her work begins from the understanding that something essential in each person has always remained intact. Through guided trance and subconscious exploration, clients reconnect with their inner authority and begin to embody who they actually are.
